We've made these so many times, this is the breakdown we use for bulk making the filling:

  • 38 jalapeños (76 halves)

    • Three 8 oz cream cheese blocks

    • 1.5 bags of bacon bits

    • 16 oz of sharp cheddar cheese

We prefer to use the air fryer rather than cooking them in oil. If they are fresh, spray them with an olive oil based spray. Then cook in the air fryer at 375 F for 10 min.

If you are taking them out of the freezer. Let them thaw for ~15 minutes. Then, spray with an olive oil based spray and cook in the air fryer at 375 F for 12-15 minutes.
